How do you change a alternator out of a 2002 mitubishi lancer es?

i tryed to take my alternator out, but its ****** hard as hell to get to... its right underneath my intake manifold... and its pissin me off.. i have all the tools, just cant get the damn thing out...help plzHow do you change a alternator out of a 2002 mitubishi lancer es?Take off belt, take off electrical connector, take off alternator bracket bolts. You may need to tap it with a rubber mallet to loosen it off the bracket.
